Cycle Planning Meeting (Qtr -I, 2015-16)

For the first time OBS Pakistan held a CPM session under one roof. Cardiovascular, General, Women’s Health and Neuropsychiatry sales and marketing teams from all regions gathered in the valley of Muzaffarabad at the Pearl Continental Hotel.

The meeting started under the theme of “Jeet Hai Junoon” where the objective was to motivate and start the year with high energy of the sales team, so that the team would strive to achieve their sales objectives of 2015-16.

First day of the session started with Managing Director, Dr. Ali Afzal’s session, where he shared future plans and challenges.

The latter half of the day comprised of the sessions by BUMs where they discussed the New Year’s sales objectives and sales breakup. The last part of the session was conducted by NSMs where they shared the sub territory data under the ST move project.

The second day sessions were led by the marketing team, where they shared the marketing plans and sales strategies. To motivate the participants, team building exercises were also conducted in these sessions.

The session concluded with quiz and detailing sessions, followed by prize distribution ceremony of achievers.

An important element which was considered throughout both days was to follow timelines and ensuring that the session’s close on time and the team got a chance to explore the valley of Muzaffarabad and left the meeting with high motivation and energy for achieving their 2015-16 objectives.

Another salient feature of this CPM was the announcement of internal promotions for the team, which showed OBS commitment towards developing and retaining the talent reflecting the core value of developing our people.
