The concept of fixed dose combination therapy for better management of patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia was presented to doctors during the Doctor Group Meeting (DGM) at Arena, Karachi on 25th June 2011. Professor Khalida Soomro, Head of Cardiology Department, Civil Hospital gave a presentation on “Emerging Trends in Fixed Dose Combination”.
Attendees included prominent doctors from National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD), Karachi Institute of Heart Diseases (KIHD), Jinnah Post Medical College (JPMC) and various other hospitals in Karachi.
